Having twins and triplets is largely up to chance even if you are trying to influence the pregnancy in The Sims 4. There are still a few things you can do to increase the odds, however.
Apart from these codes, you can cheat during pregnancy thanks to the mods. The most popular mod is Mc Command Center. In this mode you can choose the number of babies, their gender and even their parents.
