Functional Library Skill Encyclopedias Have you ever noticed how the Libraries in the Base Game are the only ones to be stocked with skill books? If so, you’re not going mad. It turns out that the base game Libraries feature Debug bookshelves that cannot be purchased from the catalogue in normal gameplay that feature their own unique tuning so that they come pre-stocked with level-one skill books. (As well as a selection of “emotional” books and three Toddler books.) No other object in the game has this tuning. This new set of books will allow you to decorate your Libraries as you please and so long as you include at least one of these in your build, your Libraries will be automatically stocked with one of every level-one skill book available in game*.
